Worlds Best Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar (if you use splenda use 1/2 cup)
1 cup light Brown Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 cup rolled oats (Oatmeal)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup corn flakes crushed
3 1/2 cup flour
1tsp backing soda
1 tsp salt

( you can add 1/2 cup of the following to jazz them up; walnuts,
chocolate chips, dried cranberries, raisins, toffee chips, or
pecans)

First cream butter and sugars together.Then add in egg, vanilla,
and oil and let mix together. Next add in oats, corn flakes,
coconut, nuts, or other items and let mix. Then add your dry
ingredients starting with baking soda then flour. Pre heat oven
to 350 and chill dough for 25 minutes.
Then take ice tea spoon or melon baller and form small balls
set on cookie sheet about an inch and a half apart and flatten
with fork. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookie is a golden brown
color (these should be crisp cookies). This recipe should make
100 cookies.
