Hard Copy Orders are filled 3-5 days from time we receive credit card/paypal payment. If paying with check please allow 3 extra days for check to clear. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If an item ships to you and is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can send you a call tag. If you are having a custom order done we ask for a 10% deposit on item that will not be returned if you change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order there will be a $5 cancellation fee. Frequently Asked Questions: When you place your order you will receive an email notification. When Item is shipped you will receive a second email notifying you of the shipping number and date it should arrive. All packages are sent by USPS unless you specify otherwise. If you would like a teacher to come and teach a class or do a make and take using our product at your event we welcome you to contact our design team members who are certified Gecko Galz Instructors they will discuss their fees and the types of classes they do.
